About Phoenix Chamber
Phoenix Chamber is a nonprofit chamber music organization based in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. We present concerts, musical programs, community events, and related activities.
Tickets and Event Registration
Phoenix Chamber may offer tickets or event registration through links on our website. Ticket purchases may be processed through Givebutter or another third-party ticketing or payment platform.
By purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable ticketing or payment platform, in addition to these Terms.
Ticket prices, availability, programs, artists, venues, dates, and times are subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to keep event information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all information will always be current or error-free.
Ticket Refunds and Exchanges
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, all ticket sales are final.
Phoenix Chamber may choose, at its discretion, to offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or other accommodations in special circumstances, such as event cancellation or significant schedule changes.
If an event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Phoenix Chamber is not responsible for missed notifications due to incorrect or outdated contact information.
Donations
Phoenix Chamber may accept donations through Givebutter or another third-party fundraising or payment platform.
Phoenix Chamber is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors should consult their own tax advisors regarding the deductibility of any contribution.
Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless Phoenix Chamber determines, in its discretion, that a refund is appropriate due to error, duplicate transaction, or other special circumstance.
Phoenix Chamber may use donations to support its charitable, educational, artistic, administrative, and operational activities, unless a specific restriction has been accepted by Phoenix Chamber in writing.
Newsletter and Email Communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or provide your email address, you agree that Phoenix Chamber may send you emails about concerts, events, programs, fundraising, news, and related updates.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly. We may still send you transactional or administrative messages, such as ticket confirmations, donation receipts, or important event updates.
Event Changes
Phoenix Chamber reserves the right to change programs, artists, venues, seating arrangements, dates, times, policies, or other event details when necessary.
Programs and performers are subject to change without notice. A change in program, artist, or repertoire does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund unless Phoenix Chamber states otherwise.
Event Attendance and Conduct
By attending a Phoenix Chamber event, you agree to follow all venue rules, safety policies, and reasonable instructions from Phoenix Chamber staff, volunteers, artists, or venue personnel.
Phoenix Chamber and/or the venue may refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, disrespectful, or harmful to the event experience.
Children and families may be welcome at certain Phoenix Chamber events, but parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Phoenix Chamber may take photographs, video, or audio recordings at events for archival, promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes.
By attending a Phoenix Chamber event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or recordings taken in public event areas. Phoenix Chamber may use these materials in print, online, social media, email, and other promotional materials without compensation.
Audience members may not make professional audio or video recordings of performances without prior written permission. Personal photography may be restricted depending on the event, artist, venue, or performance rights requirements.
